Hoenn Originating Dark Specialist: A Piers Headcanon

Headcanons are defined as personal canons. They may not be truly canon to the media, but they can be a fun little thought or personal canon for a person. One headcanon that I came up with involves one of my favorite characters from Sword and Shield, Piers, and how he could have been from Hoenn. This breakdown goes over how I could see this headcanon working.
